Had fun hounding down a location at the Capitol to do this portrait of local celebrity Brigitte Dale who won the 2008 Yahoo! Video Awards Best Internet Personality award.

Lesson learned - only give the paper one photo

How were the librarians to work with? I wanted to do one of my Fresh Faces portraits in that back room, but the librarians were incredibly rude to me, so I moved along.
Yeah, they had me jump through a bunch of hoops. I had to call Chief Justice Michael Heavican of The Nebraska Supreme Court to get permission for the photo. Seemed like an awful lot of work for a image that never ended up running in the paper (...even though I had so kindly requested that this photo run in print.)
