Beautiful day for a motorcycle ride and it ended up being the last one of the season. Went up to Indian Cave State Park and conquered a road that got the better of me last year.

Spencer followed me to bed and decided it would be fun to talk about Scoobe-Doo and Amadaus Mozart as he jumped up and down on the bed. (I don't know where he gets this stuff) Muldoon witnessed the whole event, but I don't think he's saying much.

On the way to the art gallery, we saw what looked like a chainsaw massacre.

Fall Oak Colors.

We took a slight detour on the trip to Kansas City to run through some leaves and take a few photos of the Autumn colors.

First Pheasant

Helped dad with the Pheasants Forever Youth Mentor Hunt on a cold and blistery Sunday. It was fun getting to see these youngsters out shooting their first pheasant (I still have the 12gauage shell that got my first bird)

Found a trampoline in a neighbor's trash on the street before I left for home. Surprisingly, all the pieces were there. It took a little bit of work to bend the frame back into shape and figure out how the legs attached.

Got the trampoline set up just in time for Justin (a cousin) to get to play on it while Chuck was here hunting ducks.

Great day for a ride

While at home, I helped Andrew get a few calves back in the pasture.

Heidi's Birthday

After a night of carving pumpkins, and trying to inconspicuously get Miss Heidi to come over, a surprise antique bird cage awaited her arrival.

During the flight back from New York and the Eddie Adams Workshop, there was a sky full of billowing thunderhead clouds. I also found joy in drinking apple juice whenever I was offered a beverage by the stewardess.
